Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Trendup Grow, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and website development services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you wish to cancel or request a refund. The following outlines our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Project Cancellation
Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project or service, you must provide written notice to Trendup Grow via email or official communication channels.

Advance Payment

Upon the initiation of any project, a non-refundable advance payment of ₹2000 (or the agreed-upon amount) is required. This payment covers the initial work involved in setting up the project and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation after work has commenced.

Mid-Project Cancellation

If the project is canceled after significant work has been completed, you will be billed for the work already performed, even if the full project is not complete. Any work done will be charged at an agreed-upon rate based on milestones or hours worked. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded after deducting the cost of completed work.

2. Refunds
Non-Refundable Payments

Any advance payments made are generally non-refundable once the project work has begun.

If Refund Approved

If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the customer’s account within 10-12 working days.

Partial Refunds

If the project is canceled mid-way through completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress of the project. This will be determined at the discretion of Trendup Grow.

Full Refunds

Full refunds will only be provided in cases where no significant work has commenced after payment, or if Trendup Grow is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services for reasons within its control.

No Refund on Completed Projects

Once a project is fully completed and delivered to the client, no refunds will be provided. Clients are encouraged to review work at key milestones to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.

3. Service-Specific Cancellation Policies
Ongoing Services (e.g., SEO, digital marketing, or maintenance services)

Ongoing services that are billed on a monthly or regular basis can be canceled with 7 days’ written notice. Clients are responsible for any outstanding balances for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Prepaid Services

If you have pre-paid for services and wish to cancel before all services have been rendered, a pro-rata refund may be provided for the unused portion, less any applicable cancellation fees.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us at info@trendupgrow.com with your project details and reason for the refund request. Once we receive your request, we will review the project status and communicate with you to determine the appropriate refund, if applicable.

5. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith discussions before pursuing any further legal action. Trendup Media will make every effort to ensure the client’s satisfaction and to resolve any issues as amicably as possible.

6. Modifications

Trendup Grow reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or official communication channels.
